Monday Afternoon 4.45pm – 6.00pm

Advance circuit.

 

A whole body workout using a variety of equipment and strength exercises.

 

Great for weight-loss and body shaping.

Tuesday Morning 10.00am – 11.00am

Core Activation.

 

Regularly run 4 week Workshops focusing on core Activation and Pelvic floor exercises moreover knowing the difference between them.

Wednesday Afternoon 5.00pm – 6.00pm

Resistance & Strength Circuit.

 

All over body Resistance & Strength circuit. Combines various exercises and equipment for a whole body workout.

Thursday Morning 10.00am – 11.30am

Beginners Timber Gym Class.

 

A great place to start exercise if you have never used a gym before or recovering from a previous health condition.

Low impact Strength Training.

 

40 plus age group. Functional and Body balance exercises helping with strength and mobility.
